Planning a journey to Sri Lanka is about more than booking hotels and transportation. It is about creating the right feeling, the right pace, a seamless flow from beginning to end, and having trusted people on the ground who take care of the details so that you can enjoy a comfortable, worry free and memorable journey.

As a Sri Lanka specialist with family roots in the country, local knowledge and a strong network of professional partners on the ground, I am here to support you throughout the entire journey. From the very first ideas at home to the day you return.

During your travels, I am never more than a phone call away, and all communication with our local partners is handled by us.

We always begin with a complimentary personal conversation where we get to know each other. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you would like about yourself, what you are looking for and how you would like your journey to feel. Along the way, I will ask a few questions to better understand your wishes.

We can connect by phone, Teams or email, whichever suits you best.

If, after our conversation, you feel you would like to move forward with a tailor made itinerary, we begin the personal planning of your journey. At this stage, a planning fee of SEK 1,500 is payable.

​

I then begin working on an initial travel proposal based on my experience, local knowledge and everything we have discussed. I contact my local partners and review the best flight options if we have agreed to include flights in the planning process.

​

Once the initial proposal is ready, I will present it to you. We can then refine the accommodation, routing, experiences and pace together, if needed, until the journey feels exactly right for you.

The planning fee is deducted from the final booking.
